These two 10kg weight disks are designed to slide onto the Confidence Dumbbell in order to increase the weight and therefore allow you to increase your strength and muscle size further.
Personal Trainer says : "Use these extra weights to increase the load of the dumbells once you can easily complete 15 repetitions in one set so that you can keep seeing strength and muscle size gains. This will be neccessary with the bigger muscle groups such as the shoulders and chest before the small muscles such as the biceps"
